Kathy's Kattery began with humble beginnings. Back in 2018 while I was going through my cancer treatments, my husband thought it would be a good idea to have a few cats and raise kittens. Caring for and loving the cats and kittens is a good way to help heal myself. Cats and Kittens are good for the Heart and Soul of a person! (I was unable to ride horses during my treatments, so this was a nice diversion) I'm a 3 time cancer survivor! My health is better than ever now! Our motto is "Changing lives one kitten at a time." A few years into raising kittens, my husband wanted to surprise me for my 60th birthday with some Maine Coon cats. Skip forward - now we are a Cattery of Excellence with CFA and have a wide variety of colors in the Maine Coon breed. All our adults we imported from Russia. We searched to find the most unique MC's available. I can say we are probably one of the largest Maine Coon breeders in the US. We also offer breeders to someone that is wanting to raise a few litters of kittens. I mentor several people that have purchased kittens from me. Not only do we breed cats, we also live on a 122 acre farm and raise, donkeys, horses, guineas, ducks, geese and chickens. In the past we raised dogs. So we are very familiar with genetics and breeding. We usually have a wonderful selection of kittens on hand.
